Minted Feta Yogurt Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
3 Ounce of Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
1/4 Red Onion
1 Tablespoon of Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Mint
1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
1/8 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients, taste for seasoning and allow to sit for at least an hour for the flavors to blend. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, more crumbled feta and serve with meats, breads, vegetables, plain crackers or chips.
